Our global leaders from leading academic institutions and business families are engaged in research, teaching, and practice-oriented activities to generate solutions that have immediate application for family leaders.
With an aim to generate cutting edge research, we offer best-practice solutions to sustain entrepreneurial families across generations.

The Stichting STEP Project Global Consortium (SPGC) was founded in 2005 by Babson College (USA), ESADE (Spain), HEC (France), Jönköping International Business School (Sweden), Bocconi University (Italy), University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), and University of Witten/Herdecke (Germany).
After 15 years the STEP Project Global Consortium becomes an independent organization.
The Stichting STEP Project Global Consortium (SPGC) aims to be a leading context-sensitive applied research initiative, that explores business families across generations and develops solutions that have immediate application for business leaders.
